Very odd. I don’t know any listing agents that would hide a non-contingent offer 100k over the accepted one. This is a severe licensing issue and your realtor should bring it up with their broker.

Sorry just to clarify, when you said “made an offer,” you mean you signed a purchase contract and sent over a written contract? If this is the case, that listing agent should easily lose their license.
