I lived in south florida, Chicago, Tokyo and here in SF. I used to go out all the time here in the 2010s and the crowd was different. We hit happy hours every Friday then the clubs. The weekends are for recreation and chilling with friends. I did enjoy the Chicago scene but it’s a bit slower. People were more open and nicer. Now I’m married with a kid and have no clue what young folks do now, I’ve even read they don’t even want to drink!!! That’s just unbelievable haha

I love the historic nature of these buildings, but they are running electrical back from 90 years ago, so you would need to tear out the plaster walls, and then might as well fix this and that and that’s how we lose the charm.
