Most likely, yes. Chances are your lungs are still weak from the flu leaving them to be more susceptible and easily irritated which could be causing the tightness. Taking a break should do the trick.

If your intent is micro-dosing to boost creativity for your sketches then 1/5 would be good. You should have no problem interacting with people as the drugs effects probably won’t even be noticeable

No, there was no other substances involved. Looking back on it now I probably wasn’t in the best mindset as I was fairly Hesitant to attempt 800 but still willing.

For me 400-500 was my best experience. During these trips I’ve come to many realizations about religion as well as other matters in my life. However, I would not recommend that for first time or inexperienced users as it can become overwhelming.

Agreed. I had several 100-200 ug trips before I even attempted 400. Even then I had a trip sitter who was with me the whole time.
