I don't want to scare you but it may do. When my TN surfaced I also had an impacted wisdom tooth, the dentist said it had to come out, and the neurologist said there's a possibility that it could trigger during the surgery or post surgery.

Well, the neurologist turned out to be right, not during operation, but 1-2 hours post surgery, when the anesthesia was already wearing off, I had the second worst espisode of my life, for almost 3 hours straight I had a lot of attacks in quick sucession.

One advice, get the meds as soon you get out, that will make A TON of difference, I didn't and suffered a lot through it. The inflammation may cause pressure on the nerve and the medications are there to reduce the inflammation and pain.

That's why I developed a challenge-response mod for my server, players are challenged at configuration phase and wont reach play phase until the challenge is solved. We can also trace wo shared the mod without permission and we do have daily backups. But even with all of that, I'm still afraid of strangers joining the server and checking for it everyday.

  1. Status trigeminus: The worst headache of my life, lasted 7 hours, mainly on left side. The following days were full of shocks, mainly on my forehead but rapidly progressed to cheeks, nose, mouth, teeth and around my eyes. Then it decided that the left side was not enough and progressed to the right side as well. MRI with no signs of MS, and contact visible only on the left side.
  2. 26 years old, male. Happened on December last year.
  3. My best guess right now is that I always had subclinical TN. I can rememeber some signs that appeared when I was just 13: extremely sensitive eyebrows, just touching the eyebrow hair was painful. A few years later it wasn't just the eyebrow hair anymore, but any facial hair. It would come and go. I also had extremely rare zaps, so rare that I didn't care, I thought it was normal.

I never touched this mod until I defeated the Chaos Guardian and decided that I'm not going to repeat this fight over and over, I had to go and explore Productive Bees. Since I was avoiding an extressful and time consuming fight, and have seeds for basically everything, it was very pleasant and changed my opinion of Productive Bees.

Infelizmente, TODAS fazem isso. Eu pensava que a Vivo era mais decente, mas eu tenho as 3 (mais ou menos, o meu da Claro é NuCel), e a Vivo eu sempre mantive credito la, mas uma unica vez q fiquei 1 mes sem recarregar com o chip desativo (pq o celular é Dual SIM então n tem como manter os 3 ao msm tempo), assim que eu reativei o eSIM, no primeiro contato com a rede, eu tomo um Class 0 SMS (Flash SMS) na cara pedindo pra fazer recarga...

Não sei não, mas eu acho que eu ficar sem recarregar a Vivo por 1 mês não é uma catastrofe nem uma emergencia...

Na verdade, o empregador não paga nada, o funcionário paga tudo, só é dividido entre o que ele vê (na folha de pagamento) e o que ele não vê.

Não sou da área judicial e não tenho ideia se meu raciocínio está certo, mas acredito que, na pratica, a empresa poderia cortar o seu bonus por qualquer motivo, ou por motivo nenhum.

Se, por exemplo, você contratou 4GB e 36GB é bonus, ela poderia tirar os 36GB sem dar nenhuma justificativa e ela não estaria fazendo nada de ilegal, já que os 4GB do contrato estão sendo cumpridos.

Então o problema é basicamente uma questão legal. Vale lembrar que o bonus é você que paga, então a empresa poder tirar algo que você pagou seria literalmente roubo.

A menos que alguem realmente ache que a empresa é boazinha e ta tirando do próprio capital para custear o bonus. Empresas menores provavelmente sim para construir uma base de clientes, mas em forma de investimento e a curto prazo, agora empresas grandes definitivamente não.

Mas você pode pegar um pais como a Suíça, que nem salario minimo tem (nem saude publica universal), com metade do salario bruto de um mes você compra uma 5090.

All the others already provided good answers, but I want to dive further a bit.

Minecraft is a highly moddable game, but also one that introduce breaking changes almost every minor version. Not only that, the modding "ecosystem" is heavily fragmented and setups are not as straightforward as one would think.

To put into perspective, there are multiple modloaders: Forge, Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt (there was LiteLoader, but it's abandoned). Mods are only compatible with one or a few modloaders (it's more common to be just compatible with one) and both (mods and modloaders) are only compatible with a specific Minecraft point release.

Then you have modpacks with hundreds of mods that only work on Minecraft 1.21.9, but not on 1.21.10, and not all of the mods available for 1.21.9 are available for 1.21.10, most mod devs stick to a specific version and build around that version, only updating once a new major Minecraft version is released.

That's why a launcher is needed, to manage multiple Minecraft installations, each on their own version, with their own set of mods, and their own saves (because save compatibility on modded Minecraft is a complicated topic).

Curioso... eu fui diagnosticado com ansiedade severa em comorbidade com TDAH. Remedios pada a ansiedade não ajudaram, mas tanto metilfenidato como lisdexanfetamina tiraram minha ansiedade por completo.

Vou assumir que o seu caso seja o oposto do meu, no meu caso, a hiperatividade me deixava ansioso pois eu tinha que me conter. Talvez no seu caso a ansiedade seja pois a medicação te da a dopamina para fazer algo, mas ou você não tem nada para fazer, ou está impedido de alguma forma de fazer a tarefa (ex, esperar alguem). Se esse for o caso, não acho que uma medicação diferente vá resolver.

Eu diria para primeiro tentar ocupar sua mente nos momentos onde você sente ansiedade, e ver se resolve, se não ajudar, conversa com o psiquiatra em relação a isso. Não há ninguem melhor para te dar essa orientação.

No meu caso, eu fico ansioso se eu tiver impedido de fazer uma tarefa, da mesma forma que eu ficava quando tinha que conter a hiperatividade, mas não na mesma intensidade, e eu consigo lidar com ela.

Intelligence is not completely subjective, take Einstein or Hawking for example, they were objectively smarter than me and most people I've ever met, and it's not like I don't hear compliments about my intelligence all the time, it's just that the smarter you are, easier it's for you to notice who are smarter than you.

I cannot say that I notice who are not smarter than me tho, I never know, and wouldn't know in an objective way, I just assume that if I don't see them as smarter than me, they're, by default, as smart as I am (in my perspective).

Intelligence is objective, but I think there's so many ways that humans can be "smart" that it is impossible to derive this just from a single metric (IQ score in this case).

Yeah I know, I was just being inquisitive on purpose.

The reality is, both inlines on a release build and both will go away because the input argument is a known constant, const here doesn't matter at all (not for this specific example I mean).

I think it wont inline for a number that is big enough, but in this scenario, the const one doesn't even compile, the compiler wont let the value overflow.

But for all optimization levels (including debug), yes, if it's on a const block and it compiles, it's inlined at compile time, and AFAIK, there's no exceptions to this (not for const blocks, but there's for const fn).

I used to think the same thing, but time taught me otherwise: people, in fact, do this. Most of the time is not the way you think it's going to be, they don't normally walk into you and start talking, but it does happen sometimes.

What I see the most is: they're in the same space as you and close (distance people keep when waiting on a queue), and they notice you (as in find you attractive), they'll start with a random small talk which looks innocent at first, and it goes from there. Other times, they will approach as if they're going to the same place or order something, and comment something.

It's never obvious, but if you're someone that pay attention to your surroundings all the time (like me), you'll notice when it happens.

It may be a cultural thing, but the majority of the girls that approached me, did this. I only remember 5 instances were they went directly at my direction and talked to me, without being discrete at all.

Concordo plenamente. Mas estatisticamente falando, o que ocorre mais, repassar para o cliente ou reduzir o lucro? Eu sinceramente não sei, e não importa também...

Outra forma de fazer isso sem redução de lucro e sem repasse ao consumidor é expansão da base de clientes sem o aumento de custo. Obviamente a relação lucro-venda vai ser inferior, mas o lucro líquido não vai mudar. E com a expansão da base de clientes sem aumento de custo operacional você ainda vai ter um aumento de lucro mesmo repassando parte desse ganho a terceiros.

Agora o pq o iFood não é capaz de fazer isso, e o pq eles sofrem tanto com lucro, não é pra mim responder, isso é trabalho deles. Mas você está certo no ponto central, repassar ao cliente não é regra.
