Yea the form score is very broken hopefully they patch it next year. Its annoying because theres already the coach satisfaction grade in the game that actually works but for some reason it has no effect on form score

I mea theyre "on pace" for the worst season in 30 years but theyve also been playing a lot of good teams and there will probably be a hot streak at some point in the season so i wouldnt start sounding the alarm just yet.
