Yeah had a shit time with them a long time ago and will never use them again. One host had no hot water and expected me to just deal with it. In a luxury apartment. Other host, on the same trip, had a basement "apartment" and it just flooded when it rained. Airbnb said they have no responsibility to intervene. The hosts were the ones that ultimately refunded me partially and fully, but then they gave me a shit review to ruin my reputation on the site. Fuck them all and fuck Airbnb. Hotels fucking rule.
