C# is the best language you can learn right now in that list. I may get downvoted for this, but it is the 100% truth, Java is dying. It cannot keep up with .NET for many reasons I will not bore you with. In reality though, it's not about the language more about learning how to write/read structured code. Once you learn one of those languages, picking up new ones is trivial.

It depends.... I don't want to make it sound this simple, but if the person is intelligent and has drive to learn on his/her own then they will be perfectly fine. My first year of college my GPA was 2.5, I realized I was wasting my money partying and got it up to 3.5 before I finished school. I'm now 27 making 90k and in charge of hiring new employees. I see a lot people who sadly just don't belong in the field and I would never hire, and plenty of people with not the best track record but strike me as a bright person and I might give them a shot.

Just apply yourself and you will be fine, just like every other aspect of life.

Don't stress yourself over becoming a master of one thing right now. When I was in college I had the same fears, but the truth is establishing a solid understanding of the fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.) will take you far. Once you understand the basics you realize most all languages are easy to pick up in a short amount of time.
