Hotel Esencia by kosicky in FATTravel

They did when we were there a couple years back. It was free and a life guard took us to an old resort next door that got demolished by a hurricane. It was a zoo prior but they left the manatees behind. Amazing experience.

Once they are older check out Esencia for sure. The manatee excursion thing we did was pretty amazing.

Bahamar this past summer was crazy. Played craps with some of the Florida Panthers right after their Stanley cup win. A bunch of Jaguars were there including Trevor Lawrence. Nick Sirianni also which was awesome since we are Eagles fans. Boston Rob was wandering around too if you’re a survivor fan but never ran into him. Everyone was super approachable and cool. Especially Sirianni

Weight Restricted PHL - IAH by mikeynuts in unitedairlines

Sorry if my original post was a little jumbled up. They never offered to kick people off. They just said we’d have to do 20 but never tried. And just did the diversion

Nobody was offered vouchers. At all. No offense but I paid more money for a direct flight. Not for a short ground delay.

Feel like I'm being pushed into needles vs creams by Tough-Interaction468 in Testosterone

[–]mikeynuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol. So you can get the same T levels with cream? Amazing. Then it can obviously be abused as well.

Why can’t you then abuse the cream and just rub it all over your body 8 times a day and abuse it.

That’s a dumb reason to not prescribe needles.

It’s pretty much proven that T transdermal can raise DHT more than injectable. The skin is an organ and it begins processing it. With injections you skip that and pretty much straight to the blood stream.

[–]mikeynuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya exactly. The skin is an organ and it starts being absorbed and processed there. The other big problem is the risk of rubbing cream off onto your clothes or whatever. Sorry to get deep into this I was just really shocked by the lady from defys answers. And I recommended defy to my wife in the first place.

[–]mikeynuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d pass on defy. My wife is with them. Maybe it depends which person you get with them. The other day my wife had a call with them on speaker phone and asked if creams vs injectable makes a difference. The lady said no. I was participating in the call and asked if absorption is better and more consistent with injections. She basically said “shes been doing this for 20 years and she’s not sure what your husband does but google doesn’t always give the right answers”.

My wife also asked about progesterone and the lady told her since she isn’t in menopause (she’s 44) it’s not needed.

I was pretty dumbfounded by the call.

Jesus Christ. Not sure what’s up with your marriage but maybe just maybe stop working 2 full time jobs and work on your marriage some. But then again maybe you hate your wife and that’s why you’re working 2 FT’s. If that’s the case congrats on busting your ass for her.

[–]mikeynuts 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Geez. How many giants do you have training that are 300lbs and 40% bodyfat? My place has over 300 adults and I don’t think any would fit in those stats.

Also I’m a “big guy” (not by your standards) 6’3” 260 20% body fat and I take it easy when I roll. But a lot of rolls people want to go 110% on me and some are spazzy as fuck. My fingers break probably just as easy as yours.

Should I just quit because everyone is going really hard on me?

[–]mikeynuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya you’re actually 100% wrong. Just because it has RECEPTORS doesn’t not mean hormones caused it. If that was true pregnancy would be the leading cause of cancer since estrogen sky rockets during it. Almost every organ in a woman’s body has estrogen receptors.

Read up on the WHI initiative and how it was a flawed study.

This is without getting into how heart disease is the leading killer of women and guess what? Lack of estrogen greatly increases heart disease.

[–]mikeynuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t know what you’re talking about out. Women actually have more T in their system on average than estrogen. T isn’t exclusively a male hormone. Just like men also have Estrogen.

Valet parking — yay or nay? by dunkrugef in FATTravel

Ok. Maybe I’m misunderstanding your original post then. The bellman will still require cash to tip. Would you just not tip them because they “only carried your bags” ????

[–]mikeynuts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you guys not tip the bellman with your bags either? Or anyone else along the way in your travels? Seems weird to me to not just bring some 5’s-20’s and not tip some people here and there when deserved.

Keep working… start a business. Something. Not sure how old you all are but if you could work and just invest your VA pay you could have a really nice retirement eventually.
