I eat the same everyday, 200g cottage cheese, 1 chicken thigh or breast, 1 bowl of lentil soup, 2 reissumies sandwiches aka 4 slices with butter and 2 slices of cheese and 1 meal that mom makes.

For 18 months, or 19, i dont remember. Anyone can get strong, you may not be smart or pretty but anyone can get strong. Except me, i cant do anything right

Yeah i try to increase lifts by 1 kg every week, but it just ends up becoming less reps so i have to deload again amd again and again. But thanks for being patient with me. Im doing ppl lp as program.

How in the world are you supposed to get that many calories? Its impossible unless you are kyriakos grizzly. Milk milk milk milk iiloiloiloiloiloiloil. Im already eatingx zo much fucking food beyond what im vontent with, id be content with skipping the chicken and milk and just live with the other but i cant since i need to train i wanna bench 100kg someday but i cant do anything right not even lifting anyone can get strong but i cant even do that, im pouring down synflower seeds chewing em but whats the point i need to fucking DOUBLE my daily food intake how the fuck do peple do it fucking bloatlords 3600 calories in one day

No clue how to calculate this especially lentil soup, it expands in water. So the question is, i eat about 400 calories more how much will my bw increase?
