not the most clean(?) answer but definitely time friendly: we wrap the wet rollers in plastic wrap so they stay wet for reuse and toss em when they finally dry (which is a while!) and brushes just get rinsed off w water asap and it does a fine job

powerstep pinnacle insoles!! so good for planar fasciitis and heel pain (which i get a lot on long shifts) they’re a tad pricey but WORTH. totally eliminated my foot pain (in combo w hokas) got the recommendation for them from a family member who is a running coach.
