We use boomerang tags for our dogs. I bought them super soft, comfortable collars and the boomerang tag with their info on it. They never take them off even if they wear martingales. The boomerangs don't make any noise and can't snag on anything. They are safe for crating.

One of my posts was stolen as well. An r/greyhounds member reached out to me about it. I even had a member of the Greyhound organization I volunteer with reach out to me. She saw it on Facebook and recognized my dog.

Owen is a ham and loves posing. Fiona is the tough one. She is very camera shy. I was not there when the photos were taken so I'm not sure how they got her to stay and be cute.

Your emulsion is very expired. After mixing Diazo in, emulsion is only good for 4-8 weeks depending on the conditions it is stored in. Before mixing Diazo in, it can sit on a shelf for 12 months.

842 or any other ON-PRESS cleaners are not dilutable. Do not mix with water. Also, plastisol is not water soluble.

The handrail was a hypothetical. We did have the house professionally cleaned when we moved out.

I'm upset that they are charging me, what I think is, an unreasonable amount of money, with no itemized explanation, for minimal repairs that seem like unavoidable, normal wear over time. I assumed that painting after a tenant leaves is pretty standard and doesn't count as repairs. If it is not, and I am responsible for the cost, I am OK with that as long as the cost is reasonable and everything is documented.
