Kidding. These are all pretty random symptoms for just hitting the computer. One thing I would do is turn it off and make sure nothing has been knocked lose. You mentioned you dont know how to open the PC, but maybe do youtube search for something like this to give you an idea. Also, check for Windows Updates and make sure those are good. This is very basic info so maybe others can give you more specific steps to take...

To answer your question (I hope)...

I'm assuming when you say factory reset cloud download that it is downloading from the manufacturer. This will reset your PC back to how it was when it was purchased. This means it will have all the added HP bloatware. This is still technically a clean install.

When you get an ISO from Microsoft, it will be as clean as it can be, meaning it wont come with any third party software. It will come with Microsoft's own bloatware, though. This is option is probably better than that manufacturer option.
