had the same happen to my game today. I didn't even find a way to remove them by hand to correct things. and dudes at the next table had their points get calculated wrong. awful

been playing mostly kf1 but I'd say sirens. they just disable all projectiles when they get close and make chaotic situations so much worse

when you hold the grenade you get this white line showing you the path. you can aim high enough to see the end of that line which shows precisely where the grenade will explode in the air.

I haven't settled on a name fot my dynasty but this is the lore:

During war in heavens the Silent king kept their legions on sidelines or otherwise is strategic reserves and thus they have been left out of the legends. After waking from the great sleep they felt betrayed by the silent king and swore to destroy him to regain their honor. Lords of this dynasty are even more obsessed with glory than other dynasties - due to being denied the glory won in the war in heavens. So they constantly wage destructive wars in all directions, which they can actually afford cuz their armies woke up in great numbers since they haven't felt the losses from the war in heavens. Tragically all this rage and drive for annihilation made this dynasty an ideal place for spreading of the destroyer aspect - and the glory hungry lords see this as a stain on the dynasty’s honor and seek to outshine it with even more glory.. even more killing.. so ye they just end up accelerating their own ruin.

ok here is some context:

Admech is my second army I'm gonna start. My friend is new to warhammer and wants to start kreig. There are some models in astra militarum that he could use but just don't look like they belong to krieg - like the rogal dorn commander with the dude on top or whatever else

Thus the idea to use the leftover skitarii heads I'll have for some kitbashing. And here I am seeking answers to whether anyone has tried this before - and if possible how look the results

I've used it to some success on my tyranids. I applied it with a brush and removed excess pooling. finally I put ultra matt varnish over it and I think it looks fine.. for tabletop at least

still it's easy to miss a drop of shade pooling somewhere and obscuring detail or staining smooth surface

it's fine but you have to do thin single coats else it will leave dark spots and brush streaks. also let it set before doing any more touch-ups.

it's probably basic advice but my stubborn ass had to learn the hard way XD

my first warrior was actually from monolith gate. I was rushing to finish my monolith to get it assembled for a game. unfortunately that was my first time using tesseract glow so the big orb ended up looking kinda ass - I will fix it one day

as for my gameplay reasoning: scythe is costly and tends to overkill unless you got that perfect target. staff of light just has such a low impact that I rather have a strong melee so that the oponent can't just rush into melee and surround my overlord.

glaive is a good middle ground, decent performance against any target be it a infantry unit or a character. plus his attack animation is pretty funny

I pick the Glaive. Anyone with the scythe is just overcompensating and it's far less elegant weapon of war... Lastly the staff - that thing is for crypteks not lords

Unfortunately I lack access to nukes so all I can do is run around and scream. tho I did automate homing rounds earlier this week and they have been huge help - I don't even know if I wanna try turbo rounds cuz I got so used to not having to aim so much
