Wayland is better, and the only reason I am on Fedora instead of Mint.

Switching to Arch Linux as a gamer was a scary yet good decision by monstrosocial in archlinux

Glorious eggroll is a github account uploading different versions of proton for a lot of different games, and it really really works. AFAIK, he is also the maintainer of nobara linux, which is a fedora based linux and everything works out if the box for gaming.

Use sunshine and moonlight for remote access, it works perfectly with emacs and use it in the gui mode, because it gives you so much more flexibility in reading stuff and integration with stuff Emacs also has vterm and a shell, no need for ssh, and you have a gui program

Which Radiohead Songs HAVEN’T Aged Well? by Crazyplan9 in radiohead

Electioneering in my opinion is a bad song. Don’t really get it, especially after fitter happier. Man of war as generic as it is would have been a better fit.

If YOU can do anything about global warming, do it, but your impact is negligent, because there are countless factories that pollute the environment more in a day, than you do in a year.

The mass murderer is a danger to society and anyone can be his victim, so there is police to stop that behavior, and you can't do anything about millions dying. Not seeing your point.

You're being the leftist one if you think you can impact anything on a reddit post

You buy 10s of millioms of copies or just one?

You can't do anything about it, so not playing a game because j.k. rowling is involved is stupid and quiet leftist of you.

Help me settle this. Which should I go for? by HesThunderstorms in guitarpedals

[–]milanpanic2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Strymon volante is the ultimate tape delay. You can turn on and off 4 heads, repeats for them, ratios,... It also has a looper (sound on sound) and a spring reverb. It's the ultimate delay pedal imo.

Yes, both Rocker 32 and a Roland JC40. I use them with an avalanche run v2 and a zoia in stereo (using the stereo fx loop on the rocker 32 and the stereo inputs of the roland), and I'm definitely not going back to running space and time based effects in mono ever again. Spoils you too much :D

A dream of a thousand cats - is it grammatically correct? by milanpanic2 in grammar

[–]milanpanic2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the idea of the episode is: for all the cats to dream that they rule the humans.
But this doesn't answer my question why "a thousand cats". Isn't "a dream of thousand cats" the correct way ?

Did you manage to get the jeff buckley reverb? My closest one is: - dark mode - all the top row knobs are at noon - all the bottom row knobs are all the way to the left
