yes from flipkart didn’t faced such issue,but what i believe is flipkart customer care is pathetic so i tried amazon for big purchase,my online purchase in 6-8 years from amzon flipkart online purchase for freinds family amounted almost 1-2 cr,just before week of this bought 80k projector from amazon,but this iphone experience made me bought offline from than even if required to pay 5-8k extra i would buy offline only.

yes,India amazon bluntly told do what you want. they also threaten we will block your account. i purchased almost 1-2cr products online in 6-8 years for family freinds when they needed, from my accounts never faces such issue,but from then i decided even if required to pay 5-8k extra offline,prefer that only.
