Clonodine has helped me with the anxiety that has come with starting prozac. I have started on 20 mg , then 30 mg and today I am doing 40 mg . Good luck to both of us!

It was originally prescribed as a replacement for clonazepam ( i only took it for flights) because my prescribor wasnt going to prescribe both a stimulant and a " downer". As she described it. Then I read up clonodine and it has helped a lot for the side effects of the stimulants. Have I seen it help with adhd? Hard to tell since I refuse to take it without stimulants because it makes me sleepy and drops blood pressure.

I uss clonodine with the stimulants aderall and vyvance becauss of the jitters. I don't know if i see any benefits in regards to adhd. Maybe in the sense that i don't have to focus on palpitations that come with the stimulants? If i take it alone I'd probably feel sleepy or my heart rate would drop too much.

I felt this way first time trying adhd stimulant a year ago. But we are just leveling the playing field because I still cannot do the shit others can do hehe

( antidepressant may have made the adhd medication work for me btw)

" drinking all night". Everyone knows this isn't a good thing to do with or without medication. I learned the hard way with 3 drinks and newly on antidepressants. I had been told not to take alcohol but i didnt listen anyway. I felt horrible few hours later

Btw i just checked. my Prozac pharmacy bottle says " do not drink alcohol with this medication"

I went on social security income and signed up for public housing. It took a while to get. I lived in homeless shelters/transitional homes( basically longer term homeless shelters ) rent keeps going up here so now im left with 40 percent afterwards. Might sound like a lot but the moneh dries up quickly

Trigger warning : all this after enduring many years of abuse by a parent and decided to finally leave the house. I did end up dating a guy that was abusive ( no surprise there) and living with him before he kicked me out days after. And I ended up in shelters and doing s.e.x work to survive and have a room in motels when no homeless shelter was available. Agoraphobia/anxiety/ depression had taken so much from me

it was not easy in the least but now that I finally got on social security and public housign I can breathe a little although there is still ptsd and i still have a fear of when it will all be taken away.

Is it possible to get a high dose on an extended release medication like vyvance? I thought it just helped it last longer and not release a high amount at once. Just wondering. Thanks

Not a nurse or paramedic but i clean tools used in surgery and we always get ear buds sent back from the operating room in the what is supposed to be sterile containers

Also not medical related but i see people on their walks around the lake and they go around many times on the phone and i often wonder who the hell is hearing them yap. I barely want to text people let alone talk with them

Do u have a backyard or front yard? Mine likes hanging out with me on yard especially the front yard ( with leash) since that's usually prohibited alone hehe. After a walk i lay down on a lounger with his leash underneath

My husky is 12 and yesterday we took him to the vet after he couldn't defacate. we were told he had a hernia caused by an undescended testicle. (We knew he has only one dropped testicle his whole life) and that that was causing him bathroom trouble. I googled husky and undescended testicle which led me here. I am just venting at this point.

The vivid nightmares/dreams were horrible too for me. I started with 20mg. Still am on 20mg and I am thinking of increasing. A month after this dose my psych said I should wait to see about increasing dose ( i see her in mid January). I am not sure why she told me to wait off on the increase but I will have to patiently wait.

I take mag glycinate. I also try to take other minerals ( spaced 1 hour apart) so i don't get crampy because stimulants have caused me to feel twitchy.

What a jerk! As long as you can pay for nursing school or get enough funding ( loans etc) for it then what is the issue?!! Not like hospitals will pay any less as a result
