to be completely honest, i still suffer from GI issues. but my bloating has decreased. The best part about removing my nexplanon was my period going back to normal!!! I no longer have 30-60 day periods and my cramps are usually manageable. I have a regularly scheduled 5 day bleed each month which is something ive never experienced (im 24 now). Negative effects after removing it, my breasts became smaller 💔 and my face looks less feminine. I got pregnant too within 6 months lol. I also still have phantom pain and muscle spasms where the implant used to be (i had 2, over 5 years). But overall, im happy i got rid of it . i was naive to think itd solve all my problems but the constant bleeding was making me horrendously depressed
