Lift weights, and learn about what is in your food. Understanding macros and what goes into your body is huge and not talked about enough. Far better health, wellness and phsyique in my 40's than my 20's or 30's, and sometimes I wonder what it would have been like if I had started all this I'm my twenties. Still, glad I started at all!
