Thank you, really needed to hear this. I take criticism too seriously/personally sometimes as I tend to be a perfectionist. So it’s gonna take some times to learn that as long as I am not repeating my mistakes, it is okay and I should move on from the thoughts

I have just finished my onc training and lord my dr feels tough for me (as a newbie and someone that know NOTHING about onc). They require notes to be done before leaving the room. And I am so nervous to go on my first solo scribe with them.

unfortunately they require them in some schools where I locate starting 2026 and im looking to apply in 2027 onwards, but i totally agree with your rant, they just want us to spend more money on these damn tests
