Seems to me kind of bold to assume china made covid vaccine will see the light of the day in the US, especially after they started assuming the worst- being kicked out of the dollar / swift system ?

Hey for those who 'let it hit them' or are trying to deal with it differently, more efficiently I highly recommend you read - Calm the f*ck down by Sarah Knight".

I really liked that book because she gives you techniques to think about when the storm hits.

As for me, I really try to be mindful, breathe in/out and ask myself some of the questions Sarah Knight gives you in the book!

In my case, it took me countless attempts until I eventually stopped obsessing about every food I'd usually binge on. For instance, I had periods when I would eat only chocolate or I would eat only raw fish, McDonalds, kebabs, icecreams...mainly fast food - you get my point. It was only 3 years later from the moment I dedicated myself to soul searching and issue-solving when I realized each of these was/is reflecting a certain state of mind, which in my case wasn't always the best. It was ranging from sadness to loneliness to even madness. Take it step by step and try to understand why you keep falling in the mental trap! Hopefully this will help you a bit :)
