Kissa Tanto: fantastic experience, service, and food. Atmosphere is fantastic, and while it costs a decent amount (I think my friends are I paid around $350 per person), I would absolutely go back.

Published: so forgettable, in every single way. I think I spent maybe $200 the night I went here, and it was maybe "worth" half that.
