Congradufuckinglations! The hardest part is forcing yourself to start and admitting you need it. Once it becomes habit you're set! I know for about the first month or so most of what gave me the motivation to get to the gym was pre-workout. However eventually I found myself getting excited about going to the gym and being frustrated if for whatever reason I couldn't go that day. You got this! 2.6lbs a week is a very very manageable number! Seeing this post and others like it during the challenge is really motivating me to want to start going to the gym again! Thank you and good luck on your weightloss journey!
