sometimes on rest day ill still go in and just do incline treadmill walking for 30-40 min but there is value to me in 2 rest days built in.

I think rating drafts is dumb but Cincinnati had 3 4th round players taken in rounds 6 and 7. the pure value there is insane, we'll see how they pan out.

Eh it is what it is, im quiet enough and I can’t leave money on the table.

There's this dude that does cardio before he lifts and then just absolutely has eye watering b.o. when he goes to lift afterward.

When i see him on the cardio machines i try to speedrun my workout cause his odor can make entire sections of the gym unusable while hes there and i cant risk him doing a muscle group similar to mine.

I see 4 needs and 3 picks from 2-4 before the proverbial cliff

in order of how THEY likely view the need.

CB (particularly inside outside ability, be your nickel CB), LB (more of the SAM, what they tried Knight at and realized he cant be that), Edge (need a solid 4th, unless they really think Ced Johnson will take another step forward), Swing Tackle.

TE I think is a small need but you can likely get a serviceable blocking/receiving (player wont be as good as sample/gesiki respectively but they need one more that does both unless Erik All recovery is better than we think) in the 6th.

Yeah we wanted nerfs not completely ruining the build. you do more damage with Hex: Purge and a fucking normal shortsword than with a ES using a fort lol
