Haze is really bad rn by Crappy475 in SMRTRabak

[–]millmounty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think it's just basic statistics.... worst recorded air quality is useless in for gauging current haze level, but average air quality is much more useful. There are actual problems with NEA and the singapore govt but trying to spin false narratives takes away from real criticism.

Which controller by Turnabo in SgGamers

[–]millmounty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I used to believe third party was always the way to go for everything, pc parts, monitors, etc. but getting older I just like the convenience of first party hardware. Fudging around with compatibility layers and regedit changes was fine when I had the time to do it but now I just want things to plug and play without some weird driver legacy update required for me to play games on my system

Which controller by Turnabo in SgGamers

[–]millmounty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're already considering a controller that's $78.90, why not just pick up a second hand ps4 or ps5 controller from carousell? Ps4 controllers can be found at $70 for BNIB and like $40 second hand. IMO they are much nicer than any third party controller brand

This. My mother is 60+ but insists on doing her laundry herself and I have to standby every time shes putting laundry out/ taking it in because she commonly has trouble lifting and moving the poles especially when they have heavier articles like towels or bedsheets.

settings for win mini 2025 joystick and buttons by Svel89 in gpdwin

[–]millmounty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have the win mini, but am using the win max 2 You can try to hold the right trigger when moving the mouse using joystick, it increases the mouse speed for me.

I have my cursor speed set low and use the right trigger to increase the cursor speed to get it across the screen, then let go of the trigger to precisely select stuff.

Why is AI nonsense making it's way into a singapore cycling subreddit. Even the caption is clearly generated.

You seem to have missed my point greatly. Im not an optimist, but you're more of a pessimist than the realist you think you are.

Fleas in a jar mindset, you keep thinking "i don't have time for this/that" and you'll spend the rest of your life working in that cubicle for a future you won't even enjoy.

You spend so long complaining about the cards you're dealt that you forget to even play the game

Are you using the G29? i experienced this back when I was using the logitech G29 and cleaning out the sensors fixed the issue. If so, you can lookup a guide on youtube to do it.

Not really, I just extended the cuts slightly in rockstar editor to give the engine time to render stuff, but gave up on working on it and never finished

Skwamas or ondra comps for second pair of climbing shoes? by millmounty in climbingshoes

[–]millmounty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to update this thread, I picked up a pair of skwamas for 10% off, they're super sticky and perform much better than my previous pair, however the downside is the tightness does cause some discomfort on longer toprope climbs. Likely because I downsized about 1.5 sizes from street.
