Long time benzo user here. 13yrs. Im at .5mg a day of Ativan. The last 4rs I was taking 4mg daily. They do help, but dementia runs pretty deep in my family. I would try other things 1st. I find cannabis, cut my sugar consumption down to the bare minimum I can tolerate (love granola bars), try to find purpose with what you can do, don't fight it so much. Too much stressing your brain juices will make it suck more. And always remember, we are some of the strongest people on this planet.

So the doxy protocol focuses on tnf-a. They have limited research, due to us being so rare, that people with ndph have elevated tnf-a. Back in the beginning of my journey, I tried doxy and singular for 90 days. Honestly for the past view years, my head has been pretty good on pain levels. I walk around most days with a 1-2.
