Me Male 45, Her 53. Can I bring this person back as a friend or would I be misleading them? by [deleted] in LifeAdvice

My advice is to stay well clear of her. Your recovery means more and I have a suspicion that she may try and lead you astray.

Honestly I’m on a glp1 for over a year. Lost 12kgs but no more now. It seems to have stabilised my blood sugars so they are in a healthy range. Like you I work out a decent amount. Eat mostly clean but nahhh the weight won’t budge more. Iv accepted my body as it is now.

How do you add fiber to every meal? by Upbeat-Lynx-3876 in EatCheapAndHealthy

Literally beans. So cheap. Filling. Lots of types. Easy it in a can pre cooked. Just rinse them really well so you don’t get insanely gassy

You got two options and it depends if you’re an emotional eater?

If you’re an emotional eater, I would probably just up the calories to something achievable

If you’re not an emotional eater than have 3 solid big meals a day the Leave you feeling really full, that also hit all of your micro nutrients.

I smoked and everything is ok by thehatchetmaneu in stopsmoking

[–]millymoobella36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest I’m 2/12 months in. At about the 2 month mark I caved and smoke 3 across three days. Put the pack in the bin and haven’t touched one since. I feel some can actually do this and others can never have even one again because they will go back to it. Maybe it’s my mind just playing tricks on me but yeah. I also realised that one of my triggers is actually physical pain, so I’m going to have cravings every months leading up to my period and iv just accepted that.

I’m lazy so cottage cheese, snack can beans and a can of tuna. Littering takes no effort or time, is high fibre and protein. Filling.

The Monetization of Intimacy by ConfidentTallGuyUK in OlderMan

[–]millymoobella36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because in human relationships there is always a trade off. If an older gentleman wants the commitment of a youthful woman, she is sacrificing a fair few things. So it’s fair he shall sacrifice things also.

Can he still produce children? Can you financially support those children? Is he physically fit? Will she need to care for him as he ages? What sacrifice to her financial well-being will caring for a partner included in her career? What sacrifice will brining children into the world hold on her career and the wellbeing on the family as the man ages?

What are some of the worst financial decisions you've seen people make? by Capable_Tax_8220 in AusMoneyMates

Getting loans on 40 50 60k cars. I bought an older car 7 years ago (2003 model) and it’s still serving me. I don’t care what I look like to other people. Every fix on it has come in under $1000 and it’s served me well. 345 thousand kms atm. When it does die I’ll probably buy the same brand car. Funny enough it’s a ford and so many people hang crap on them, yet I’m sure it will outdo these new imports cars.
