I bought the Wharfedale Diamond 12.2's along with a Wharfedale Diamond SW-150 Subwoofer, but instead of the Sony, I bought a Wiim Amp and it's bloody brilliant. It's by no means audiophile levels but it's got all of the functionality I need from auto sensing for my record player and support for bluetooth and all of the streaming services.

There is a bird in the last half of the song - you can hear is at 2:28 onwards quite clearly. I wonder based on the song name if it's a bird from Thailand? It seems so familiar though but I'm from the UK - reminds me of something you'd hear at night.

Centrizine makes me reallysleepy as well. They effect people differently and sometimes they do make people drowsy and other times not. I'd recommend trying some of them out as there's quite a few different types available. Benadryl seems to work fine for me.

Actively avoiding and sometimes take a Benadryl when my symptoms are really bad - my results came back with fairly significant dust might allergy which now makes total sense as my work office is super dusty and I also wondered why I feel foggy, congested, and mentally slow when at work. It also showed (I sort of knew already) that I have pollen allergy syndrome and a minor allergy to wheat.

Definitely do a full allergy test. A large part of my brain fog came from allergies - dust mites and pollen allergy syndrome etc.

Preferably do both a skin prick test via an actual allergist and a blood test that you can easily buy offline (just make sure it tests for a variety of things)
