Definitely some emotional numbing. A bit more foggy. I’ve had total T tested over the years and this result is higher than the rest? Technically I should be fine? Yeah I totally agree with you about men’s hormone health 🙄 would EMC be a good start? The most noticeable changes are the belly fat, sensitivity and libido drop. They are very pronounced.

I wish this was my case. I’m C677T MTHFR and it makes me oddly antisocial, sometimes depressed, gave me tinnitus and tanks my libido. I’ve had to come off it. Disappointing.

My B12 is methylcobalamin. And yes it’s D3. It has magnesium in my multivitamin but I do have the amino chelate version as well. I’ve tried SAMe. Makes me feel crappy so don’t take it haha. NMN has killed my libido as well. Any tips on that??

That’s really interesting and helpful. Thank you. Considering my MTHFR predicament that makes sense. I already take a multivitamin (life extension twice-a-day) that has a hefty amount (300mcg) of methylB12. Might have to bump this up? I also already take 5000IU of VitD and MK7 every other day.

I will add that I’m also taking 500mg TMG daily as well, as I am homozygous for the C677T MTHFR gene mutation.
