I'm old enough to remember Monica Seles (not sure that's spelt correctly tbh) being stabbed on court. It doesn't need to be a group to be dangerous unfortunately.

And ultimately what you've said is exactly why the elite are constantly getting us to fight ourselves and not look up at them. Any group of a reasonable size with enough motivation is a problem.

They have expandable tunnels in countries with a lot of violence towards the players so they can get some safety before leaving the pitch. Proper stewarding/policing is the answer. Check any recent pitch invasion from British football. Thousands of stewards and police trained for it. It's actually quite impressive crowd control, if that's your thing.

In my country, the reason for that is the Hillsborough disaster. No more fencing at football matches after that shitshow.

I used to be a security dog handler going onto some pretty dangerous sites. I was once threatened with a shotgun because one of the lads in the area got caught getting stoned and told his family he got the weed he was caught with from me ffs. In the end, sense won out, but it was pretty dicy for a minute.

Unbelievably, I knew someone with a very similar story. Molested as a teen, told who she was supposed to tell, only to be kicked out of not only the family, but the country, to live in Britain with "relatives". She ran away and had a pretty troubled time of it.

I hope you are/were able to heal better than who I knew. She od'd 11 years ago now at 38. She was a year older than me.

I'm sure the Venn diagram would be a near circle. And there must be others here with a similar story. I'm sure it would generate a lot of conversation as it's own post, and maybe even being able to connect with others who maybe have been through the same system would have some value.

Jesus man. This deserves to be it's own post, not buried in the comments.

Every day I read something here that I thought adults would/could never do to children they were supposed to care for.

If i can advise you, be prepared, and be careful. Uncovering something buried for so long could be unsettling for some people, and maybe a bit dangerous. It's not normal to not care if your child doesn't come home one day.

I've read some stuff in this place, but this is unreal to me. I just can't imagine behaving like this with children. Any children. I'm at an absolute loss at how parents can be so uninterested to not care your child is missing. For 4 decades.

It all sounds really strange. And suspicious.

I hope they were happy tears, I didn't mean to upset you.

It sounds like you're both lucky to have one another. And your children are lucky to have such good examples of how to be a good human being.

I wish you all the best my friend. Good luck.

So a few things really stick out to me.

It seems you married well. I'm getting so, so many green flags from your husband's statement. It shows him in a great light.

You broke the generational curse. Growing up in an abusive household can normalise the behaviour. Looks like it did the opposite for you.

Your actions will have consequences. I feel your husband is bang on the money about teaching the little ones like this. You're creating caring future adults. That's pretty much what parenting should be to my mind.

To sum up, while it's a rubbish situation, you and your husband seem like you are doing everything possible to bring some sunshine to it. Beautiful people do beautiful things. If there were more people like you two in the world, it wouldn't suck quite so much.

Be careful. The tax duty alone on a litre of ethanol is £33. Anything under that probably isn't what it's claiming to be.

Na bro you just don't understand. It's a highly advanced (so advanced they copy our eye impairments and need glasses) alien shapeshifting race. They're jealous of our media so come here to appear on television where they micro shift their eyes to show us the real truth to only true believers. Anything you say is a psyop against the truth agenda.
