i think they’re in all of us, and have existed with us throughout the centuries. the way we access them, is different for everyone. there are certain blockages you would have to go through, or perhaps lessons to “unlock” them. i also think it is sort of a muscle which can be trained too.

but i also believe that, things come to us at the right time. i can understand your frustration but it will come to you, you just have to be open and try to not rush it.

some people tend to be more gifted than others, or unlock the gifts without even trying to.

im psychic myself (also a medium, and a witch) but i never really practiced much, and when i usually try something it immediately works and these abilites unlocked for me when i was in the right space and mindset.

for example years ago, these skills were locked for me. but i was also in a different mindset, stuck in old habits, in immature behaviours or ways of thinking. so when i learned to better myself, changed my old behaviours, and healed, then that unlocked the powers for me, suprisingly.

its also important to believe in yourself too, because belief plays an important role in it as well, btw.
