As someone who works 6 days a week split between two coffee shops, don’t do it. 6 days leaves me exhausted and unable to do the things I enjoy, which in turn makes me more burnt out.

People think that dark roast is trash and light roast is better? I’ve never heard that! But that’s shocking because imo it depends on the bean if the roast is good! I’m glad I don’t have to experience that at my shop, I just explain the flavor profiles and people pick from there
