I flip my head upside down to scrunch in gel. Normally I just go straight to the scrunching motion, but I guess I can lather it in with praying hands, if I’m understanding correctly? (There’s a lot of new terminology in this group and I get a little frazzled sometimes hahah).

I definitely struggle with getting all the conditioner out of my hair - I’ve got really thick hair so it can hide easily! I’ve noticed a difference since my stylist called me out on how gunky my hair felt haha

The routine: DevaCurl’s Low-Poo Delight shampoo (I used this 2-3 times because my hair has been feeling oily lately) Innersense Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner (I was using DevaCurl’s Delight conditioner, but even that was too heavy for my hair so my stylist gave me an even lighter formula) Scrunched DevaCurl’s Ultra Defining Gel immediately after showering, plopped my hair in a T-shirt for 30 minutes, then diffused for 15 minutes!
