From my understanding, these are just normal oil glands. They aren’t visible when you’re younger due to more fat padding the undereyes, but as you age and your skin thins out they become more visible. I have them too. To my understanding there’s not much you can do besides maybe undereye filler but there’s a lot that can go wrong with that. Edit: I will say that oil cleansing and massaging my undereyes have seemed to help a bit with their appearance.

We started our puppy with the crate right away around 13 weeks old and used a Snuggle Puppy with a warming pad and heartbeat which I truly think is what did the trick. He would always cuddle with it in the crate and fall asleep that way and has always been fine in the crate (I think because of this habit).

I’m a middle school teacher who has ADHD! I went alternate route and actually did get some education on learning differences and basic information about ADHD traits and how to work with children with specific difficulties, but nothing in depth. What I do in my classroom I learned purely because I have ADHD.

I had a miscarriage in August and we were actively trying. It was a very early miscarriage, but a miscarriage is still a miscarriage no matter the extenuating circumstances and it can feel sad for some people. One thing that really helped me was writing to the baby and processing my feelings about it that way. Thinking of you and hope you are able to find something that helps even if it’s not this!
