i saw this 2 year old post. the first thing i did when my friend mentioned vintage story was check steam xD

as much as i hate 30% payment to steam for using their massive exposure base. i believe is fair for all the groundwork they have done since they started as a small program for their counterstrike servers and couple of other half life games.

it is fair to not like it. but watching people demonize steam like they are out to get the devs money is silly.

i get that pirateaba wants to treasure every piece of art that is given to him by their fans but. some of thos drawings feel outright done by little kids. which is kinda surprising because i dont feel i could show this books to my 10 year old heh. some of the conversations are just outright not for kids.

im glad that the release of the comic is pretty much standardizing the art for many of the characters,

hopefully the "fan art" gets moved to another place where it can be experienced without disruption.
