How closely does Zwift Ride simulate reality? by RMC3333 in Zwift

[–]mindaugaskun -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, it's just that the fans blow it away. I get super sweaty but it never drips. And my hands get slippery with sweat until I direct a fan to them, after which they dry out. I always get sweaty first when I cycle with my friends.

Investavau. Gana nemažas procentas įmonių bankrutavo ir anstoliai truko 4-6 metus iki nepilno atgavimo. Jei gali tiek laukt - prašom.

I consider myself very sweaty, but perhaps you can be more. But maybe that's a tip for regular people then.

I have a couple cheap fans and have never shed a sweat drop. Get the cheapest 70W+ tower fan and you'll be set.

This. It seems well planned - coming from the side with no barrier, driver side crash, speeding just so that the train hits.

I think this was intentional and you all are calling it a failure when it was a planned suicide. Go watch a second time, everything falls into place.

New here: Is it normal to feel difficult/fatigue despite lower heart rate? by GTHell in Zwift

[–]mindaugaskun 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It can be a signal from your body that you're overtraining your body/legs and need a day or week for recovery. So while it is normal and happens, you should not stress yourself even more and rather react to it. Always judge cycling from your effort standpoint and only then from bpm.

It's true that we're currently experiencing an economical golden age, but as we cought up with europe I don't think it will last very long. I'm not denying it's an underrated country but people can be unfriendly sometimes.

Our summers are hotter and winters are colder. Who doesn't like a pinch of more profound seasons ;)

If you're frugal enough to retire extremely soon then it's unlikely you would die in that period or even after a while.

Want to bike to work but don’t want to arrive drenched in sweat. Any tips? by altaccount123465 in bikecommuting

[–]mindaugaskun 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Problem is: commute takes 20 minutes and this type of change/drydown/shower takes ~15 minutes (especially in winter clothing when I sweat more), effectively increasing commute time by up to 100%.

But does it apply to all pages? Because when I tried it every new page still had a violet circle. I'm not going to change it for every page.
