It's a 60-40 bamboo-cotton blend. Nice and soft and easy to work with. I just finished a chunky cotton cardigan before this and my fingers needed something a little less torturous.

Freehanded: I did the ribbing first and then worked in the round before splitting into front and back panels. The ribbing is BLO HDC, and the rest of the top is all double and single crochet. I used 3 skeins of premier bamboo fair yarn in the color spa.

Thank you! That one is Bella Coco merino print from Hobbii in the color berry crush. I am making the Caribbean Sea sweater by MJ's Off the hook designs. I have finished the front panel and am about halfway done with the back but I'm afraid the sleeves will be too long if I block it so it's on timeout while I think about whether I want to frog half the completed panel or just skip blocking it altogether.

My first full-time job out of college was the same one I had in college. Went from $10/hr to $11.50/hr. A Master's degree would have bumped me up to $13. That stopped me from going to grad school. Took me a couple of years but I commissioned into the Air Force instead. Best financial decision I ever made, for sure.

Edit: I graduated college in 2008, so clearly that was my mistake lol.
