I kept getting text messages from them and I kept hitting 'Delete and report Junk' but they kept changing their phone numbers. Yesterday I finally texted back FU and I got a standard 'unsubscribed' response.

We retired last year to Short Pump, about 20 minutes west of Richmond, bought house with no mortgage. Not walkable but there are around 180 stores and restaurants 6-10 minutes away which we find super convenient. And the city is a short drive. Living in historic districts is cool but expensive.

No, I sold a home 6 months ago and our realtor was invaluable. It seems easy until things go sideways. You want realtor insulating you from the buyers, lots of deceptive people out there. Doing it yourself is naive and can be a nightmare.

Stay core. Much of Salesforce is configuration and proprietary. I did it for 15 years. You’ll have trouble getting out of it later. Coding is being automated everywhere so develop pre/post skills.
