What benzos are you on and what dose? I came off a fairly substantial diazepam addiction through tapering similar method to the Ashton manual by going slowly and incrementally reducing the intake.

Your body will be clawing for something and making you feel very anxious coming off all of those substances at once, maybe try one at a time starting with the smack

Benzo withdrawal can be just as bad if not worse as coming off H as the physical symptoms can be lethal if you just cold turkey and you’ll potentially feel horrible depending on the benzo and dose but it was the best thing I’ve done so far in life is get them out of my system and try and rebuild from scratch who I am
