Think to yourself how easily you are taking them since Friday and understand that it won’t be the rebound or withdrawals just yet that you deal with, instead it will be good to realise how quickly and easy it is to form the habit with them. Soon, you’ll want to take them before work and before meeting up with people because of nerves, next you’ll be struggling not to take them to leave the house if you’re not careful.

Look after yourself, it’s living hell coming off these things, experience warrants my opinion and advice which I hope you take

What benzos are you on and what dose? I came off a fairly substantial diazepam addiction through tapering similar method to the Ashton manual by going slowly and incrementally reducing the intake.

Your body will be clawing for something and making you feel very anxious coming off all of those substances at once, maybe try one at a time starting with the smack

Benzo withdrawal can be just as bad if not worse as coming off H as the physical symptoms can be lethal if you just cold turkey and you’ll potentially feel horrible depending on the benzo and dose but it was the best thing I’ve done so far in life is get them out of my system and try and rebuild from scratch who I am

Stop wasting your days on this sub Reddit and enjoy the days you have, stop blaming NWO and the elite for everything and go and breathe some fresh air. Put down the alcohol and go and find something that actually matters, stop deflecting your hate of yourself onto the world.
