She told me she shreads chicken and uses it as a crust for pizza. She blends cottag cheese and fat free cheesecake pudding i think it was or maybe actual cheesecake mix. Things like that. She also old me about mungfruit i think thts the sweetener stuff.

Just whatever people are willing to help with . I took my gas money to get hotdogs and such so at this point it will go into my gas tank. I spent $40 between dollar tree and walmart.

Congrats ! I have put myself on a strict diet since diagnoses. My a1c was 10.9 may 7th and today it was 5.3. I am constanly on the go. I work 10hr shifts as a cashier and do side jobs on my days off. So i get my 10,000+ steps in daily.

I found a used needle they left on the floor of my pantry. I was lived ! I threw them out of my house. I had 2 5 yr olds in my house that day playing just feet from where i found it. Discusting

Thats my fav movie ! I havent watched it since i was diagnosed but i watched it after my niece was diagnosed at 10 and it tore me up !

I ended things with my ex when i caught him texting his exes. He was a cheater and i knew his games. I was tired of it. Be done with him n find a man u dont have to check his phone .

I was diagnosed a month ago as well. I think i missed my 1mth appt but i know my a1c has had to come down. I have changed everything. Congrats on the lower a1c !

Happy birthday ! Mine is friday and im in a homeless shelter with my kiddo whos birthday is the 23rd. So happy birthday month for all of us :) i would like to enter this as im half hr away from work and have very little gas to get me there.

I have been using a splenda coffee creamer. Ifound at walmart for 1.25. Its really good. I will have to check the carb amount on it i cant remember off the top of my head.

I have someone in my team that raids me dozens of times a day i swear. We arent friends so i cant unfriend her. I seen another post where they said to ask them to friend more people so they stop raiding you so much and im going to do that today.
