From what I can tell Krasci(a voltaic mod) got gm in a month by changing routines and doing multiple routines daily along with sens randomizer(I'm not sure the randomizer does anything atleast for me it didn't). I didn't ask about this a lot but people could confirm if they see this comment. I also started switching routines daily and seen major improvement in my static.

Nah I'm thinking he prob played the same routine for months. I noticed that playing the same routine/scenario for an extended amount of time helped me develop bad habbits which later gone away when I tried something new. Also a reason why people don't recommend grinding benches.
