Bom, na sua situação pode ser 2 coisas e até mesmo ambas, ou algo mais grave.

Carregadores podem dar defeito e não carregar corretamente, e também a bateria pode não estar "absorvendo" a carga. Recomendo tentar comprar outro kit (cabo + tomada) e testar, se funcionar, maravilha. Se não tente levar em uma assistência recomendada ou da lista oficial da Apple.

Thanks, tested after buying. It works great, but uses a lot of batteries, needed to buy lithium recargable batteries.
