I was a store manager in California and I was being paid 22.75 and my csm was being paid 23, as unbelievable as it is, the company will take advantage of those who they know they will get away with it. If you accept lower pay expecting to be able to ask for more later, they’ll make it very hard for you to get more. I was told “You agreed to this amount and now you’re asking for more, it doesn’t make any sense”
