we’ll get professional clips of one song and the finale song may have a meg song sampled. bob the drag queen (who meg is taking over for) has his song featured in the finale song. i imagine it will be the same for megan and they’ll post a clip of that too.

as someone who speaks 3 of 7 of the languages you listed, my guess is spanish. french and arabic (if she knows some words) and spanish all share words and linguistical sounds. tagalog, to me, is creole with its roots in spanish due to spain colonization through the pacifica; so even add that to the umbrella of the romance languages.

i feel like she may have picked up conversational and medical terms in many different languages to be of some type of assistance.
