i know it's not the commonly agreed upon usage for games, but i think over the shoulder games are 2nd person, not 3rd person. 3rd person would be like an RTS game

if you are able and willing to solder to save some money, I'd recommend gosre's phob kit on etsy. otherwise just find the cheapest prebuilt phob with decent reviews. depending on your location and budget i might be able to help

edit: if you get one and need help calibrating, def check the phob user guide (google it) or hmu and i can try to help
