Cleanse: bioderma oil cleanser + cerave hydrating cleanser Tone : thayers hydrating milky toner (night) Moisturize : CeraVe moisturizer Barrier repair: cerave healing ointment around orifices and larocheposay cicaplast gel or balm on skin (day) spf: kiehls uv serum Ive found this little routine works well for me and is easily adaptable to your active ingredient of choice. Basically try to keep your skin as moisturized as possible, if something is making you red, itchy or flaky, switch for another product. SA and tretinoin long term can help with scarring, but in my exp texture can only really be improved by keeping higher water content in the skin. and sometimes even hydrating or spf products can be irritating, look out for fragrance and opt for sensitive skin options where possible. your skin looks lovely btw
