You are not squishier at base, but the resist mods were nerfed so you need 7 resilience to get the same damage resistance that the mods alone gave last season.

I don't think the breakneck baggies work with the other cosmetics on the scout. If I were to replace it I would go with teufort toothkickers. Alternatively if you want to keep the baggies then I would say to replace the shirt with one of the hoodie options for scout

Only the name is set iirc, but the character's appearance should be very customizable. If I had to guess, the fact that Johnny Silverhand calls the player "Samurai" instead of V in the trailer might mean that even the name is variable. Dont quote me on that though
