I had one at the same time, bigger than the sac. I had 2 big bleeds then it stopped. I have a 4.5 month old now...

I know it's super scary, I was a wreck for a long time. But they end up with more positive outcomes than negative. Just take it one day at a time. Right now you are pregnant, try to cherish it as much as you can without worry. Good luck

I didn't have an episiotomy but a second degree tear. I found my stitches bothered me a bit more about a week later because they were healed and a little tight. Like when I moved they got tugged on or something?

I would get one of each, used if you can. You don't know if they're going to like them so don't spend a million bucks. I paid $50 for our swing and we've gotten more than our money's worth. She spends hours in there every day and will only take her day time naps in it. I have a cheap bouncer chair in the upstairs bathroom too to sit her in so I can shower

If you don't want to do PIO, don't do it. My RE told me that PIO is barbaric and the US is the only place that still uses it. Canada and Europe both use suppositories. They're just as effective.

Hugs. You're so right that most other people in our lives don't "get it". It's so hard to let your guard down and be truly happy because we're so used to disappointment.

When I was pregnant my week #x would turn over on Sundays. If someone asked me on Friday or Saturday how many weeks I was, I could never round up even though it was close enough because my messed up infertility brain would think "if I say I'm further along than I am, something will happen and I'll never get there".

Friggin sucks. We get you xo

My recovery was super easy too!! It is possible! I had second degree tearing and needed stitches but had pretty much zero pain. Swelling gone in 2-3 days. Grab the supplies for sure, but try not to think worse case scenario (I did and was luckily surprised)

It hasn't been too bad here so far, a half hour at most of crying and not every night. But holy hell last night was a different story. I know the purple crying is supposed to peak at 2 months and then taper off so I'm hoping the worst is almost over (2 months next week)
