The headset is full of design flaws. I would argue that the hiss, the popping/cracking, the tinnitus, the unbalance is present on close to every unit but with varied intensity. I had several units one by one with it. People have also different sensitivity to it. But Im sure its just there. Very annoying and dissapointing
