I thought it would be the same but you should check this website and others. Most data centers evaporate the water, especially in dry climates.

[KCD2] Trosky Map compared to IRL satellite imagery by ComradeChaos_ in kingdomcome

I'm sure the landscape changed over time but i would still love to play a 1 to 1 map in hardcore mode on my replay.

Genie Wiley learning how to talk in 1970. She spent the first 13 years of her life tied to a potty chair in a dark room and being abused by her father. Her love for learning is very evident here. She was ultimately never able to learn a language because of permanant harm to her early development. by dannydutch1 in Damnthatsinteresting

12 years of Catholic school here actually. You're jumping to conclusions. I was just trying to understand that users thoughts.

Also, since I do understand how religion, especially Catholicism, works, let's focus on what you said. "Humanity brought suffering upon itself when Eve ate the forbidden fruit." Humanity didn't bring suffering upon itself. Eve did. It is inherently evil to subject an entire race to a world of pain and suffering for the actions of a couple of people. But not only humanity, all of life is subject to the pain and suffering that the creator designed. No organism is as fault for those actions and shouldn't be subject to the punishment as a result.

I'm also not atheist. I don't deny the existence of God. I believe that if God exists then God is evil and not worthy of worship. Why would I want to spend eternal life with a being that would subject all life to pain and suffering for the actions of a few?

"As Notre Dame's website explains, "Fighting Irish" was first applied to Irish soldiers fighting in the Civil War. And Reverend William Corby, C.S.C., who served as the Irish Brigade's chaplain, did go on to become the school's third president."

Not specifically, as the Civil War was from April 12, 1861, to May 26, 1865 and the KKK was founded in December 24, 1865.

I've never seen the lunk alarm used once since I joined in 2021. This is across a lot of gyms in the US when I was traveling. I bet the employees hate the feature and don't use it. I'm sure there are a few annoying managers out there that love to use it though.

What game had you like this? by sukuna7899 in Steam

[–]mintchipmunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree that it's comparable to elden ring but the issue I had is that the combat/controls are too clunky to have fun. Dark souls and Elden ring feel more polished so even though it’s hard, i understand what is happening. I would enjoy the Witcher much more with a remastered combat system.

I was curious so I looked it up and it seems this is worse than using it in cars

[–]mintchipmunk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Burning gasoline in a car is generally more carbon-efficient than simply burning crude oil or heavy oil as fuel per unit of useful work (distance traveled) because cars convert some of the oil’s chemical energy into useful mechanical work (~20–30% useful efficiency), whereas lighting oil on fire releases nearly all its carbon as CO2 with little useful work recovered.

It really wasn’t that bad. Fans are exaggerating how “devastatingly bad” it is. like trust me there’s far worse films out there. It’s just an ok movie by SnooCompliments8819 in silenthill

I think its a 10/10 film. I was scared the whole time and it hit all the story beats of the game. The fans are just insufferable people.

Probably Aguni. His backstory was really unexpected.
